3 more weeks

Saturday's weigh-in was decent @ 3.2lbs of loss and there are only 2 more weigh-ins to determine who the final 10 are. we get to skip this Saturday as it is a bye week so there needs to be a big showing in 2 weeks. Maybe another 8 lb'er?

Second Month completed

I have come to the end of the second month in the Bakersfield Loser competition. Last month I did not even place in the top 10 losers so I am hoping for better. I talked to a few today and they were only showing 1 lb loses so after last weeks loss of 8.2 lbs and this weeks loss of 2.8 lbs I have hopes...

Kristina and Sarai also lost this week so we were all losers together. Kristina had an amazing 7.4 lbs I think it was and so she trounced us... I will hear the results of February tomorrow so till then...

Okay so I am not that good with blogs

Last weigh in was great with the loss at 8.2 lbs (not 9, sorry) this week... well lets just say we are staying the course and leave it at that because the loss seems to be elusive.

Lonnng Week

It has been a few days. 3 days in Arizona on a sales trip, 40 plus hours of driving (their were 3 of us to drive) and then back to the grind. I lost a little weight in the last weigh in but only a couple of pounds. We had 2 weeks (only 1 now) till the next weigh in and I am determined to make a showing.

Well maybe you are tired of hearing about the Gym and the food habits of the few but here we go again. Kristina, Sarai and I all posted losses this week at the weigh-in, hoorah!!!! Two weeks till the next one and we are motivated to make it a big loss!!!!

Back in the saddle again

Back home, back in the gym...

I only gained about .8 lbs while I was gone which is pretty good considering all the food I was given was "Carb" City! I managed to pick through and survive. I had to resort to using the stairs instead of the escalator at the convention center and I walked as far and briskly as I could. Dinner at 8:00 every night did not help either...

Really!!!

What a week! Can't get to a gym, subsisting on grilled fish and water as much as I can, (but not totally unfortunately) did not make the top 10 losers, and one more day to go before I can return to a normal schedule. I will have to work my rear off the last 2 days before the weigh-in...
