Weigh-in behind me, lost 4.7 lbs, this week I possibly will be away from the Gym for 3 days, we will see how I do next Saturday, better watch what I eat for sure...

Sorry so long

Took a few days off from the blog

The 2 weeks between weigh-ins has been brutal, no weight loss at all the first week (good thing there was a not a weigh-in). This week has been better, I am anticipating about 6 lbs loss but we will see.

I have to say that I feel much better with the healthy meals and exercise than I have in years. I have not really had any health issues but being lighter and physically active has greatly improved my energy level. So far I am down about 44 lbs.

Well tomorrow is the big day, another weigh-in at 11:00AM. I'll be back...

Well this last few days have been pretty uneventful, no weight loss, not much gym, gotta get back into is and get ready for the weigh in next Saturday, the good news is I have not gained...

No weigh-in this week but trying to stick with the program, I am dropping a little each day and will weigh on Saturday just to see when I am.

24 hour break over

After celebrating the weight loss for the last 24 hours it is time to get back to the grind. Back to the gym, and back to eating correctly and conservatively.

Woahhh 10 plus lbs

Second weigh in this morning, my youngest daughter lost 1 1/2 times what I did, Sarai made a great showing and after whining all week I was pleasently surprised to lose over 10 lbs in one week.

We have 2 weeks till the next weigh in so I am looking forward to maintaining the same momentem to lose 20 more lbs.

Grrrrrr...

I am not dropping and I am eating right and drinking water and exercising twice a day...

The week wears on

I find that I am at a loss as to what I should eat. Listening to all the ex-perts almost all food is eliminated. Don't eat fruit after noon, don't injest caffeine, don't eat empty calories the list goes on... too much fat, too many carbs...

My weight is down steadily this week but the loss is slowing down even though my eating is light and steady.

Feelin Good!

Weight is down today, that is good. Ate well with no regrets and goin to hit the gym in an hour or so.
(on a side note, suspicions gatorade bottles full of honey shut down the Bakersfield Airport today and cause an evacuation)

Made the Gym today

1 hour and 15 minutes of grueling exercise, 10 miles on the bicycle, 1 1/2 miles on the elliptical and 2 miles on the treadmill.

I also ate regularly in small portions all day

This 1st quarter

Tomorrow Jan 2nd begins the competition for weight loss at the Gym. I am determined to lose at least 70 lbs in this competition which will put me at my goal weight. I will not be undertaking this task alone as my youngest daughter is also in the competition.
