Sorry so long

Took a few days off from the blog

The 2 weeks between weigh-ins has been brutal, no weight loss at all the first week (good thing there was a not a weigh-in). This week has been better, I am anticipating about 6 lbs loss but we will see.

I have to say that I feel much better with the healthy meals and exercise than I have in years. I have not really had any health issues but being lighter and physically active has greatly improved my energy level. So far I am down about 44 lbs.

Well tomorrow is the big day, another weigh-in at 11:00AM. I'll be back...
